we lost momentum getting our album done but it's really close now. just a few more vocal things then we can mix it. i'm excited to put that batch of songs behind us and move on. our songwriting is getting better so i can't wait to hear how our new songs will sound. i hope we are able to reinterpret our roles in the band as well. i want to start exploring more with our new songs.

i've been writing more country songs and we're putting one of them into our live show. in spite of how many people that seem to like it i've never been satisfied with spiderbite live so i think it's time to take it out of regular rotation. suckered in by sirens seems to come off a lot better. it'll be even better when we get an acoustic guitar to use live.
